Popular Ink: Robert Levin
September 22, 2007It’s seldom I find anything of any value when clicking links on the side of people’s blogs, or in blogs on blogs and the like. Today I found one.
Popular Ink, which is ostensibly Richmond based (I found the link on RVaBlogs.com), is a online community of “indy” writers.
One essay that particularly peaked my interest is called When Pacino’s Hot I’m Hot written by Robert Levin. His story is about what it’s like to look like famous people, and what one does when approached by unsuspecting members of the general public. The nonchalant womanizing reads like a Bukowski. But the words are matter of fact. I dig.
